In Usui Reiki Level 1 you will learn the about the principles of Reiki, where Reiki comes from, chakra overview, grounding, shielding, clearing, along with receiving Usui Reiki Level One Attunement as well as hand placements for self healing. You will also be practicing these hand placements on a partner.

This class will be held in person and online. We will have a break for lunch so please bring something to eat or visit our local restaurants. You will also need to bring a pen to take notes and anything else you will need to feel comfortable.

Usui Reiki Level 2 can be broken up into 2 days if needed with the second day being focused on giving a distant healing to one of my volunteers. Some feel they want to do it all in one day and others enjoy the time to reflect and practice these symbols on themselves one day 1  then coming back to learn and give the distant healing session.   This is a one on one class and attunement. 

You will receive three symbols with your attunement, Cho Ku Rei (the Power Symbol), Sei He Ki (the mental/emotional symbol) and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (Distance Healing symbol) booklet, certificate, learn distance healing, Aura healing, Pendulums, Chakra Balancing, Reiki Triangles, Oracle Cards, Crystal layout,  beaming, scanning etc.

 Teri with Teri’s Holistic Healing is now taking reservations for Usui Master/Teacher Level 3 training being held in June 2022. To support your decision to take your Reiki journey to the next level as well as supporting the students in having a full class so that each student can properly practice reading auras, giving attunements etc., I have lowered the tuition to $555. My intention is to have a full class of  4 - 5 level 2 Reiki Practitioners so that each student can get the support and practice needed to feel confident in their abilities of bringing Reiki onboard as a new service or a new business.

Shamballa Multidimensional Healing Reiki can be considered an expansion of what we know as Reiki Usui. There are four levels to Shamballa MDH Reiki.

Shamballa helps with creating a clearer path for our spiritual growth by helping to resolve karmic "debts". The practice of Shamballa Reiki has a spiritual nature and may be used by everyone seeking enlightenment. It creates a strong connection to your higher self, love and powerful healing energies.

Seichem (pronounced say-keem) works in the same way as Reiki, with hands placed on the body, but in addition hands may be working in the aura which surrounds the body. It is reputedly one of the healing arts practised in ancient Egypt. Reiki is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichem - earth (Reiki), water, air and fire.

Seichem was rediscovered in 1980 by Patrick Zeigler while he was visiting Egypt and after spending the night in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid.

Seichem connects with our higher selves to establish healing in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The energy is used to heal and stimulate personal development and growth. Spellings of the word differ but it always means power in a spiritual sense.

Kathleen Milner brought the Seichem energy together with Reiki attunement procedures to develop the Tera-Mai healing system, incorporating new symbols that were revealed to her.

Karuna Reiki ® is a system that was developed by Master William Rand  has a higher vibrational approach than what we’re used to in Reiki Usui.  Master Rand no longer recognizes Karuna Reiki and has instead upgraded his Karuna Reiki symbols and teachings to be Fire Reiki. 

This Reiki system consists of many meditations with the Ascendant Masters, angels, and Archangels.

There are also meditations for learning how to forgive yourself and others.

As a side note, learning how to accept, understand, and forgive is the core of Karuna Reiki ® and I dare to say of Reiki in general.

Karuna is simply more focused on this aspect and allows the practitioner to go deeper than with other systems.

Reiki Circle will meet every 4th Friday of the month and is 60 minutes.   A Reiki Circle is a group of attuned Reiki practitioners at a level 2 or 3 that set a common intentions to send Reiki energy to assist a person, cause or event in the highest light. Working with Mother Mary, her energy is calm, centered, and grounded but feels soft and warm like a gentle anchoring into a warm embrace. She watches but does not judge. She cares but allows you to find your way until asked for guidance. When guidance is given, it is done with such compassion and grace. 

I can remember as a young kid, around the 4th grade, when I was playing inside my empty catholic church, running up and down the pews, singing to God, the statue of Jesus hanging on the cross and in front of the statue of Mother Mary holding Jesus. She mesmerized me with her gentleness which was something I had difficulty feeling from my environment at that time. The church with its empty pews, stained glass and the voices from the unseen became my sanctuary of love and support during that time.It was during this time I realized I could hear the voice of God, Jesus, and Mary. 

It was during this time that I felt the protection of the angels around me. It was also during this time I kept much of this to myself as I was beginning to hear from the people around me that one, they didn't hear or feel like I did and secondly, there was so much negativity around these types of gifts.

Well, now that I am older and have been very open about my gifts and abilities, that keep growing and expanding, I am being led to create the same type of sanctuary for women where they can feel love, grace, and compassion of the divine feminine in their own life. To bring together women who are interested in healing what needs to be healed, having the support of a loving community and develop deep relationships of sisterhood as well as learning how to expand more into consciousness and their own sovereignty and whatever else they may need along their journey.

Each circle will require a 6 month commitment, this is so that we can learn to trust, be vulnerable and committed to holding space for each other. There will be lessons and sharing along with channeled information, healing, and downloads. 

The Divine Feminine Circle will be

· diving into the energies of the Divine Feminine Ascended Masters

· channeling their messages of guidance and healing for each of us 

· integrating and embodying the divine into our daily lives 

· expanding into more of our sovereignty 

· integrating higher light codes into our bodies

 · assisting us on our ascension path

Goddess Circles will be 

· an explorative journey into the energies of the divine feminine

 · discovering your own worth and value as a divine feminine creation 

· getting in touch with your own sovereignty 

· understanding divine concepts and using them in your life 

· being able to anchor more light in your field to assist you on your ascension path. 

Both circles will gently hold space for where each lady is, address the issues of the group and work on bringing in the divine feminine goddess energies to assist each lady where they are at.
